A portable plastic food distributor which can be operated with one hand without requiring a significant force such that no residue of plastic food is left in a container at the time of distribution. The portable plastic food distributor comprises a frame body for loading a plastic food distribution container, a push-out drive chamber located in the rear of the proximal end of the frame body while being bonded thereto, a handle also serving as a cover where the push-out drive chamber and a fixed operation handle are formed continuously, a piston rod having one end serving as a plate for pushing the plastic food distribution container and arranged to penetrate the proximal end and the push-out drive chamber, an operating handle arranged in the push-out drive chamber so as to be coupled with the piston rod through the pushing plate member, a first urging spring provided between the pushing plate member and a rib adjacent to the proximal end of the push-out drive chamber, and a plate for securing the piston rod while resisting against a second urging spring provided between the rib in the push-out drive chamber and this plate, characterized in that the pushing plate having flexibility pushes out plastic food entirely from its container.
