Abstract:
Disclosed is a plastic hollow grid plate edge banding machine, comprising a base (10), a conveying unit for conveying a hollow grid plate to a specified station, a compression unit for fixing the hollow grid plate when banding a corner or banding an edge, a moulding unit for banding the corners of the hollow grid plate by thermal moulding, an adjustment unit for adjusting the width and length of a support element for the hollow grid plate, and an electrical control unit. The moulding unit comprises a rounded corner setting block (11), a rolling setting block (12) and a linear setting block (13). A hot air heating device (14) capable of heating the edges of the hollow grid plate is provided between the rounded corner setting block (11), the rolling setting block (12) and the linear setting block (13); each of the rounded corner setting block (11), the rolling setting block (12) and the linear setting block (13) has a groove (15) with a U-shaped section that can band the edges and the corners of the hollow grid plate; and the groove (15) can perform edge and corner banding operations on the hollow grid plate.
