A plastic hollow pipe guiding device, comprising a base (1) and a vertical pipe (2) fixed in the vertical direction of the base (1). A lower support plate (4) is fixed above the vertical pipe (2). A left support plate (5) and a right support plate (6) are fixed at two sides of the lower support plate (4). An upper support plate (3) is fixed above the left support plate (5) and the right support plate (6). The upper support plate (3) is parallel to the lower support plate (4). The left support plate (5) is parallel to the right support plate (6). The upper support plate (3) and the lower support plate (4) are provided with a carrier roller trough (7). The left support plate (5) and the right support plate (6) are provided with a carrier roller trough (8). Horizontal carrier roller shafts pass through the carrier roller trough (8) and are fixed on the left support plate (5) and the right support plate (6). Vertical carrier roller shafts pass through the carrier roller trough (7) and are fixed on the upper support plate (3) and the lower support plate (4). A carrier roller (11) is sleeved on each of the horizontal carrier roller shafts (9) and the vertical carrier roller shafts (10). The carrier roller is rotatable. The upper support plate (3), the lower support plate (4), the left support plate (5), and the right support plate (6) constitute a support frame. A large positioning plate (12) is fixed on the edge of the support frame. A small positioning plate (13) and a guiding plate (14) are fixed in sequence on the large positioning plate (12) in the moving direction of a plastic hollow pipe. A plum blossom hole (15) is formed in the center of the guiding plate (14), so that an inner pipe rarely moves in the plum blossom hole (15).
