Abstract:
[Problem] To provide: a plastic lens which has a higher HEV blocking rate that is expressed by formula 100 - (average transmittance in wavelength range of from 400 nm to 420 nm (inclusive)); and eye glasses. [Solution] A plastic lens according to the present invention comprises a plastic lens base material which is obtained by curing a polymerizable compound that is mixed with a benzotriazole compound represented by general formula (1). Eye glasses according to the present invention are produced using the above-described plastic lens as a plastic eye glass lens.
