Abstract:
A plastic sealed motor, comprising a rotating shaft (1), a rotor assembly (2), a plastic sealed stator (3), a front end cover (4), a rear end cover (5), an insulating end plate (6), a Hall circuit board (7), and an installation box (8); the installation box (8) is installed on the top surface of the insulating end plate (6); the Hall circuit board (7) is installed in the installation box (8); and a plastic sealed housing (34) wraps a stator core (31), an end insulator (32), a coil winding (33), the insulating end plate (6), the installation box (8) and the Hall circuit board (7). The motor has a simple structure, and the Hall circuit board (7) is easy and convenient to install, and is firm and stable; in addition, the Hall circuit board (7) has good waterproof and dustproof effect, and stable operation; moreover, the entire machine is easy to assemble, has high positioning precision, and is firm and reliable.
