Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are plastic with high impedance and good thermal conductivity, and a manufacturing method therefor. The plastic comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 36-50 parts of PBT, 16-24 parts of ABS micro powder, 0.05-0.8 parts of oleamide, 2-3.5 parts of mineral oil, 0.2-2 parts of benzophenone, 0.6-1.5 parts of p-benzoquinone, 4-6 parts of phenyl diisooctyl phosphite ester, 0.4-1 parts of montmorillonite, and 1.6-4 parts of carrageenan. The raw materials in the present invention are widely used, the manufacturing process is simple, and under a synergistic effect of the raw materials, a prepared product has an excellent mechanical property and thermal conduction system; the volume resistivity is remained at 1013 Ω, and the product has a good application prospect.
