Abstract:

A plasticised biodegradable polyester film, comprised of the following components in part by weight: 100 parts of biodegradable polyester, 5-25 parts of plasticiser, 0-150 parts of inorganic filler, and 0.1-1 parts of antioxidant; the preparation steps comprise: 1) drying the biodegradable polyester and the inorganic filler; 2) evenly mixing the biodegradable polyester, the plasticiser, the inorganic filler, and the antioxidant at room temperature; 3) melt blending the evenly mixed raw materials, and obtaining a plasticised biodegradable polyester material by means of strip-forming and pelletising; 4) vacuum drying the obtained plasticised biodegradable polyester material at 70-90 °C for 8-24 hours; and 5) using the dried plasticised biodegradable polyester material as a masterbatch for blow moulding into a film, thus obtaining a plasticised biodegradable polyester film. The plasticised biodegradable polyester film of the present invention has good plasticisation and mechanical properties, having a certain toughness and strength, and being able to meet daily life needs.
