The present invention relates to a plate element rotation device comprising: a conveyor which forms a path for transferring a plate element; a plurality of unit intake units which divide the path of the conveyor into predetermined distance units and perform intake; and an intake part which applies suction to the plate element transferred along with the conveyor and rotates the plate element.
