Claims:
CLAIMS

1. Plate exchanger with heat-channels for combi boilers, characterized in that:

- A heat set (1.2) which externally delimits the combustion chamber (1.1 ),

- A second set of heat (1.3) which protects bypasses to chimney by the gas transferred to the heat channel (1.4) which comes from the open section of the heat set (1.2)

- An o-ring (1.6) and an o-ring channel (2), which prevents leaking of the gas between the plates which is burned in combustion chamber to the case and heating it.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The invention is about a new system of plate exchanger with heat-channels for combi boilers that has a heat channel which circulates the water in it (in the wall) and the gas burning in the combustion chamber on entire the plates, and has the o-ring placed between the two plates which prevents the circulating gas from reaching the boiler chamber.

PRIOR ART

In a period when energy costs are constantly rising and resources are declining, important of savings have increased significantly. Using resources efficiently is more important in foreing-dependent economies that do not have energy resources. Mostly solid, liquid and gaseous heaters are used to heat living areas in the winter months. Among these heaters, gas-fired ones have a serious place.

It’s a known technique for combi boilers that while going to the chimney, the gas burned in combustion chamber heats the pipes that are located in a spiral shape and contain water in itself. In consequence of heating the pipes, water is heated, too. Explaining in the patent document which is belong to Gas Point S.R.L. with publication number W02008/107760, published September 12, 2008, instead of pipes, after the walled plates are placed on top of each other with spaces then the spaces between the plates are closed in the“U” form on the upper part of the plates and the burning gas in a combustion chamber formed close to the upper corner of the plate is burned and heated by means of circulating between the plates. Conveying the circulating gas in plate set that is formed here to chimney without any danger is provided by being placed in a closed box and transferring the gas which comes from bottom of the plates to chimney through the closed box. It is not possible from the perspective of the physical laws to circulate the entire surface of the plate because the gas burned in the combustion chamber with the help of vacuum that composed in the box by fan wants to go to the box rapidly from the lower part of the plate which is the open part of the plates. In addition, transmission to atmosphere thereby reducing the energy of the hot gas as much as possible, it is minimized the damage to the environment. In such a system, because of the heated gas does not circulate the entire surface of the plates and then is sent directly to chimney from the box, its energy is not sufficiently utilized and the gas which is more harmful to the environment will be left in the atmosphere. In addition, because of the box that is collected and directed to the chimney is warmed up, a second box is needed again in order not to give heat outside the combination. This is another fact that can’t unignorable that plates are put around for the isolation of the first box. This is a technical problem that can be seen at first sight in the system which is based on utilization of the energy of the burning gas efficiently by providing surface increase.

In our patent application numbered 2014/08330 dated 16.04.2014 for solving all these problems that we have identified in known technique, we have started to work on the invention titled the combi boiler with exchanger which is necessitated for solving the new technical problems. The purpose of this work is that the gas, which is burning in the burning chamber located in the center of the plate, to come out of the combustion chamber and circulates all the surface to reach the chimney on the plate. At the end of this study, it has been seen that the gas moves intensely from the nearest way to the chimney due to the vacuum created by the fan. This situation causes a nonhomogenous circulation of the burning gas to the entire surface of the plate. Although it is efficient according to the known technique, by us it is seen as a technical problem which must be overcome.

In the description of our patent application dated 16.04.2014 and numbered

2014/08330, an o-ring has been used around the combustion chamber to prevent leaking of water from the walls in the middle of plates. Though these o-rings are heat- resistant, they lose their properties over time and have the potential to create problems. For this reason, the water walls of the plates are formed with permanent solution such as press and welding.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to a new system formed by a new o-ring to prevent gas infiltration and heat transfer outside the edges of the plate while solving the problems experienced in the state of the art, thereby transferring the gas burning in the combustion chamber to all the surfaces of the plate and then transferring to the chimney. The invention comprises a combustion chamber (1.1 ) located on a plate (1 ) which further comprises an in wall filled with water, a heat set (1.2) for directing the gas burned in the combustion chamber to a multiple of heat channels (1.4) from the combustion chamber (1 ), a second heat set (1.3), which prevents and directs the burned gas to not goes to a chimney (1.5) in the closest way and an o-ring (2) which prevents the gas burning in the combustion chamber (1.1 ) to transferring to the case from between the plates (1 ) and an o-ring channel 1.6 in which an o-ring (2) is placed on the plate (1 ).

The heating is achieved by the gas burned in the combustion chamber (1.1 ) and circulated the entire surface of the plate (1 ) and then discharged from the chimney (1.5) after the maximum energy is transferred to the water in the wall. In order for the burning gas to circulate around the surface of the plate (1 ), the gas has to come out of a certain region. The heat set (1.2) which externally confines the combustion chamber (1.1 ) as much as this division from which the heat channels (1.4) on the plate (1 ) provide directing the burning gas from the open section of the heat set (1.2) to the heat channels (1.4). The invention comprises the second heat set (1.3) which prevents the bypassing of the gas that comes from this section to go to the chimney in the closest way and it also closes this section. At this point, the gas circulates the entire surface of the plate (1 ) in the heat channels (1.4) and transfers all its energy to the water in wall of the plate then it is thrown into the atmosphere as absorb from chimney (1.5).

Because of our invention is formed by a single case, it is one of the most important things to prevent from heating the case thereby leaking into the case of the gas burned in the combustion chamber through the plates (1 ). This function will be provided by the o-ring (2) located in the o-ring channel (1.6) at the edge section of the plate (1 ).

The gas which is burned in the combustion chamber (1.1 ) transfers its energy efficiently to the water / liquid to be heated and thrown into the atmosphere by means of our invention. It works with minimum environmental pollution and maximum efficiency.
