Abstract:
In the present invention, each heat transfer plate (1, 2) is provided with an outer flange (5, 12) provided along the outer perimeter and an inner flange (6, 13) provided inward of the outer flange (5, 12) with a height difference therebetween. Each heat transfer plate (1, 2) is joined to an adjacent heat transfer plate by superimposing the outer flanges (5, 12) with each other and laser welding from one plate face of the overlapping portion toward the other plate face. Laser welding in the cross section of the outer flanges (5, 12) in the width direction is performed such that d ≥ 0.8t, where d is the weld penetration width of the joining faces of the outer flanges (5, 12) and t is the plate thickness of each outer flange (5, 12).
