Abstract:

A plate for hot press capable of maintaining the degree of vacuum therein in the form of being separated from a deaerator, a hot press device easily allowing a change in arrangement layout of a press part, and a card manufacturing device capable of manufacturing a variety types of cards by one unit of the device, wherein a check valve device (101h) holding the state of vacuum in a base material storage part (101c) formed between a pair of plate members (101a) and (101b) is installed on the plate for hot press (101), press parts (103A) to (103C), (104A), and (104B) forming laminated parts (103) and (104) are disposed in series, transport rails (108A) and (108B) for transporting the plate for hot press (101) are disposed vertically in two stages, and transport means (118A), (118B), (151A), and (151B) are installed for circulatingly transport the plate for hot press between the transport rails.
