Abstract:
A plate for installing the filter bag in a vacuum cleaner has a plastic body (1) with a hole (3) and spacer plates (4) and a bolt (2) with a hole (13). The body (1) is equipped with pivotable mounting wings (5). The mounting wings (5) and the spacer plates (4) are provided with latches (6). The bottom part of the body (1) has an excision (7). The thickness of the body (1) on the sides of the excision (7) is smaller than in the remaining part of the body (1). The spacer plates (4) are equipped with upper stops (8), and the body (1) has bottom stops (9) at the bottom. In the bottom part of the body (1) there are assembly cutouts (10), and on the sides of the body (1) between the hole (3) and the excision (7) holes (11). The plate has four process sockets (12) on the sides. The bolt (2) below the hole has a crimps (14). The lower part has a lower tenon (15) and lateral tenons (16), and in the upper part, stops (17) and a handle (18).

1. A plate for installing the filter bag in a vacuum cleaner having a plastic body with a hole and spacer plates in the form of a body bulge and a bolt with a hole, characterized in that the body (_1) is equipped with pivotable mounting wings (_5) .

2. A plate according to claim 1, characterized in that the mounting wings (5) and the spacer plates (4_) are provided with latches (_6) .

3. A plate according to claim 1, characterized in that the bottom part of the body (1) has an excision (7_) .

4. The plate according to claim 3, characterized in that the thickness of the body (_1) on the sides of the excision (7_) is smaller than in the remaining part of the body (1_) .

5. A plate according to claim 1, characterized in that the spacer plates (_4) are equipped with upper stops (_8) , and the body (_1) has bottom stops (_9) at the bottom.

6. A plate according to claim 1, characterized in that in the bottom part of the body (_1) there are assembly cutouts (1_0) , and on the sides of the body (3 between the hole (3_) and the excision (7_) holes (31L) .

7. A plate according to claim 1, characterized in that it has four process sockets (12.) on the sides.

. 8. A plate according to claim 1, characterized in that the bolt (2) below the hole has a crimps (G4) .

9. A plate according to claim 8, characterized in that the lower part has a lower tenon (_1_5 ) and lateral tenons (1_6) , and in the upper part, stops (11_) and a handle (_18_) .

Description:
Plate for installing the filter bag in a vacuum cleaner

The subject of the invention is a plate for installing the filter bag in a vacuum cleaner intended foe connection with bags and placing in a vacuum cleaner chamber.

It is known from W-124315 that the Plate for installing the filter bag in a vacuum cleaner has a first outer layer and a second outer plastic layer, joined by connectors and snaps. The spacer plates are the highlights of the first external wall. The gasket has a rectangular shape with an oval hole and is attached to the second outer layer in a rectangular gasket seat surrounded by an edge. The plastic latch has a hole, the bottom contour of which is three perpendicular sections connected by arches, and the upper part is an upwardly curved arch. The latches are arranged along the side edges of the plate, the latches being in the form of an opening in the first outer layer and a circular tongue with a circular collar in the second outer layer. The plate has six latches, four of which are placed in the upper part of the plate two at each side edge, the other two latches are located at the bottom of the plate, one at each side edge of the plate.

The essence of the invention is a plate for installing the filter bag in a vacuum cleaner having a plastic body with a hole and spacer plates in the form of a body bulge and a bolt with a hole. The body is equipped with pivotable mounting wings . The mounting wings and the spacer plates are provided with latches. The bottom part of the body has an excision. The thickness of the body on the sides of the excision is smaller than in the remaining part of the body. The spacer plates are equipped with upper stops, and the body has bottom stops at the bottom. In the bottom part of the body there are assembly cutouts, and on the sides of the body between the hole and the excision holes. Plate has four process sockets on the sides. The bolt below the hole has a crimps . The lower part of the plate has a lower tenon and lateral tenons, and in the upper part, stops and a handle.

The plate for installing the filter bag in the vacuum cleaner allows for safe and hygienic placement of the filter bag in the vacuum cleaner. The plate can be used in vacuum cleaners requiring the flexibility of the part of the plate. The plate allows to reduce the amount of plastic used to make the tile. The plate allows easy preparating of the injection mold .

The invention in the embodiment shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a view of a plate, Fig . 2 - decomposed body view; Fig. 3 - view from the side of the body, and Fig. 4 - view of the bolt.

A plate for installing the filter bag in a vacuum cleaner in embodiment has a plastic body 1_ and a bolt 2_ made of plastic. The body 1 has a hole 3 and spacer plates 4_. The body 1_ is equipped with pivotable mounting wings _5. The mounting wings _5 and the spacer plates _4 are provided with latches 6. The bottom part of the body 1 has an excision T_. The thickness of the body 1_ on the sides of the excision 1_ is smaller than in the remaining part of the body _1. The spacer plates 4_ are equipped with upper stops 8_, and the body 1_ has bottom stops 9 at the bottom. In the bottom part of the body 1_ there are assembly cutouts 1_0, and on the sides of the body 1_ between the hole 3_ and the excision 1_ holes 11_. The plate has four process sockets _12_ on the sides. The bolt 2 has a central hole 13. The bolt 2 below the hole has a crimps 14. The lower part has a lower tenon ]5 and lateral tenons 1_6, and in the upper part, stops 1T_ and a handle 18.

The mounting of the plate consists in placing the bolt 2 on the body 1 so that the lower tenon is in the bottom stops

_9. Then, using the latches 6, the fixing wings _5 are fastened to the spacer plates 4_. This creates a space in which the bolt 2_ can slide. The cutouts 10_ serve to attach the plate to the vacuum cleaner, and the process sockets 1_2 facilitate the assembly of the plate and the attachment to the bag. The plate can be equipped with a seal fastening it to the body 1 under the bolt 2_. It is also possible to use a part of a nonwoven bag as a seal.
