Abstract:
A plate pressing machine with multiple template layers includes a bottom base(1), a top plate (11), a vibrating device, a pressing device (12,13,14) and a pressing mould, the bottom base(1) is connected with the top plate (11) by the column (10), the pressing device is fixed on the top plate (11), the pressing device is connected with the vibrating device, the vibrating device includes an upper cover plate (9), a lower cover plate (7) and a vibrating system (8) which is provided between the upper cover plate (9) and the lower cover plate (7), the vibrating device is connected with the pressing mould, said pressing mould is a multi-layered structure including several templates (2,3,4,5,6) which are connected by connecting rods. The invention also includes a method for pressing multiple plates synchronously by the plate pressing machine with multiple template layers, wherein it uses the mould frame as the carrier of mixing material, placing the mould frame with the mixing material on the pressing mould of the plate pressing machine with multi-layer templates, or stacking at least two mould frames on one template, vibrating and pressing the mould frame. The invention can greatly save the energy source, and greatly improves the capability and productive efficiency.
