Abstract:
A wood plate thickness inspecting apparatus for measuring a plate thickness by arranging displacement sensors (2 (21U, 22U, 23U, 21L, 22L, 23L) at three places in the width direction of a wood plate (1) being fed. The plate thickness is judged if it is acceptable by a programmable controller (6) on the basis of how many portions having a thickness out of an allowable range in the feed direction.
