Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an expandable plate-type capillary column capable of improving the resolution of chromatography by extending a capillary by stacking each plate-type capillary column even if only one type of shape is prepared and also capable of obtaining a measurement method requiring a complicated flow path. The plate-type capillary column comprises: a plate (P) having a first face plate portion (1) and a second face plate portion (2) facing each other; a capillary (6) formed inside the plate (P); a first bottomed hole (11) connected to one end of the capillary (6) and formed so as to open to the first face plate portion (1); and a second bottomed hole (21) connected to the other end of the capillary (6) and formed so as to open to the second face plate portion (2). When viewed from a direction vertical to the first face plate portion (1) or the second face plate portion (2), one or a plurality of through holes (7) passing through the first face plate portion (1) and the second face plate portion (2) are formed on a capillary column first virtual circle (C1) passing the second bottomed hole (21).
