Abstract:
A plate-type gas-to-gas heat exchanger, comprising: a corrugated plate heat exchange core (1), a plate-type gas-to-gas heat exchanger shell (2), first gas medium inlet/outlet pipelines (3, 3'), and second gas medium inlet/outlet pipelines (4, 4'); the corrugated plate heat exchange core (1) is arranged inside the plate-type gas-to-gas heat exchanger shell (2), the first gas medium inlet/outlet pipelines (3, 3') being arranged on the upper and lower ends of the corrugated plate heat exchange core (1), and the second gas medium inlet/outlet pipelines (4, 4') being arranged on the left and right sides of the corrugated plate heat exchange core (1); the corrugated plate is composed of a planar area (9), a plate inner planar area (14), and a corrugated area (11) formed by flat plate stamping; the corrugated plate heat exchange core (1) is formed by welding together a plurality of sets of plate bundles in two adjacent plate bundles after stacking the corrugated plates in the planar area, the corrugation peaks (12) overlapping the corrugation peaks (12) and the corrugation troughs (13) overlapping the corrugation troughs (13), a first gas medium elliptical tubular channel (6) being formed inside the plate bundles (5), and a second gas medium shell pass channel (7) being formed between two adjacent plate bundles after being stacked in the planar region and welded.
