Abstract:
In order to prevent damage to a plate-type heat exchanger when fluid freezes inside the plate-type heat exchanger, wave shapes (15), wherein multiple top parts and bottom parts appear repeatedly from the first inflow port (9) side toward the first outflow port (10) side, are formed in the heat exchange flow path portion in heat transfer plates (2). Furthermore, wave shapes (19) which are connected to the wave shapes (15) are formed on the heat exchange flow path side of a second inflow port (11) in the heat transfer plates (2). The top parts of the wave shapes (15) and the top parts of the wave shapes (19) are formed in a planar shape, and the width in the direction perpendicular to the ridge line of the wavy shapes is greater for the top parts of the wave shapes (15) than for the top parts of the wave shapes (19).
