Abstract:

A plate-type heat exchanger wherein: a bypass passage, in which a first fluid flowing in from an inlet for the first fluid or a second fluid flowing in from an inlet for the second fluid, in a front view, passes through to the side farthest from an adjacent hole and, while widening in the up-down direction, flows onto inner fins or a heat transfer surface formed in a wavy shape, and a main passage, in which the first fluid or the second fluid, in a front view, flows directly toward the inner fins or the heat transfer surface formed in a wavy shape without passing through the bypass passage, are formed on the upstream side of a first flow path and a second flow path between adjacent first heat transfer plates and second heat transfer plates; and a flat space is formed around the entire periphery of the adjacent holes, and the first fluid or the second fluid flowing through the man passage and the bypass passage converge in a space between a peripheral wall and the inner fins or the heat transfer surface formed in a wavy shape.
