Abstract:

A plate type heat pipe, comprising two plate materials forming a hollow part and opposed to each other, either one thereof being connected to at least one part to be cooled, at least one heat transfer block installed in the hollow part at a specified position corresponding to a position of the plate material to which the part to be cooled is connected and having a cross-sectional area equal to or larger than that of the part to be cooled, and a working fluid sealed in the hollow part.
