Abstract:
A plate-type hub brush capable of spraying water rotationally. The hub brush is installed under a base of a car washing robot (14), and comprises a brush plate (9), a rotating mechanism (10) and a supporting plate (501). Bristles (8) are distributed on one surface of the brush plate (9). The rotating mechanism (10) is installed on the other surface of the brush plate (9), and the rotating mechanism (10) comprises a driving pulley (1004), a driven pulley (1006), a rotating plate (1005) and a shell (1001), wherein the bristles (8) are distributed on the rotating plate (1005); the driving pulley (1004) is connected to a third electric motor (11); and the driving pulley (1004) and the driven pulley (1006) are connected to each other by means of a second belt (1002). A second electric motor (6) is installed on the supporting plate (501). In the plate-type hub brush, the brush plate (9) rotates around an end of the brush plate, and is combined with a spraying and washing mode, and the brush which partially rotates reversely is used for assisting in cleaning, such that the bristles (8) can extend into narrow gaps, and the cleaning capacity is improved.
