Abstract:
A plate wheel hub brake is provided, which has a structure that a dead plate (1) is connected with a movable plate (2) with a plate surface being opposite to that of the dead plate (1). an electromagnetic coil (3), a brake spring (4) and a manual brake release device (5) are provided in the dead plate (1), respectively. The outer side of the movable plate (2) is connected with a brake scotch (6) and is in threaded connection with the dead plate (1) by a screw (7) passing through the movable plate (2). A sliding guide pillar (8) is connected between the dead plate (1) and the movable plate (2), tightly matched with one of the dead plate (1) and the movable plate (2) and slidingly matched with the other one. By setting the sliding guide pillar (8), the motion wear of a support part of the movable plate (2) is reduced, the abrasive resistance of the plate wheel hub brake is improved, the arrangement of an external shock absorption mechanism on the plate wheel hub brake is possible, and the service life of the brake can be improved to 10,000,000 times.
