Abstract:
A platelet function detection system and detection method. The system consists of a detector and a detection card (9), and the detector comprises a separation-detection plate (4), a drive motor (3), a detection unit (5), a control and analysis unit (1), and a display unit (2). One or more detection card positions are provided on the separation-detection plate (4), and the separation-detection plate (4) is driven by the drive motor (3) to rotate, so as to uniformly mix, separate and detect samples in the detection card positions. The detection card (9) is loaded on the detection card position, the detection card (9) is divided into two or more inner cavity pools, various inner cavity pools are connected by means of narrow channels with a cross-sectional area of 60% or less of the maximum cross-sectional area of the inner cavity of each pool, and all the inner cavity pools are unidirectionally connected in series. The detection card (9) is made of a transparent material, and can detect an optical signal. The detector, in cooperation with the specially designed matching detection card (9), can automatically complete the whole process of mixing and reacting, separating and detecting a whole blood sample and a reagent, and the detector is further designed with various quality control measures, ensuring high precision of a detection result.
