Abstract:
A platform of a welding jig includes a table-board (1) with three-dimensional flexible jig plate structure. The table-board is provided with table-board through holes (12) through which welding slag can fall and jigs can be fixed. A funnel (2) is arranged under the table-board to collect the welding slag falling through the table-board through holes. An air extractor is arranged on the wall of the funnel. The platform of the welding jig has the following advantage, optimizing the work environment since the welding slag falls through the table-board through holes and is collected by the funnel; increasing the use ratio of jigs by assembling unit modules into the needed jig as required and fixing in the table-board through holes when fixing the components to be welded; and preventing people from inhaling the toxic and harmful air since the air extractor sucks the harmful air and the metallic dust produced by weld from the table-board through holes so that the air in the weld area is cleaned.
