Welding is used to connect different kinds of metal together and this kind of connection can be used in in many environments including automobile industry, construction of buildings structures, building small home structures, repairing doors and windows, welding gas pipes etc.

In many cases it is important for the welding area to have no welding Sparks and after welding by an emery, (sand paper) machine, the welding sparks which are splashed around the welding, are always cleaned, causing extra cost and the waste of time.

Also, sometimes these Sparks are splashed on glass, ceramic, plastic or wood requiring a lot of cost and time to clean, and in some cases the erasing is impossible and the welding sparks can be erased only by destruction of the whole surface which causes damage to the welding area. Now for troubleshooting and erasing the welding sparks we have formed a solution of herbal mixtures, to be used in the areas exposed before starting welding including metal and non-metal ( ceramic , glass , plastic(laminated) wood (laminated)and so on , the liquid should be sprayed, waiting for some moments for it to dry ,then we can start welding or cutting. At the end of the work, by a wet cloth we can erase the area clean or if washable, we can wash the area. After erasing the area all sorts of operation including painting and so on can be performed and the PLAWEA will have no effects on the area. Also, after drying and before erasing the liquid preserves its cohesion does not ruin because of rubbing of hand or an object.

In industry in order to avoid and erase the welding sparks caused on the exposed areas different chemicals are used including water-based gels or oil-based ones which are more used for robotic welding and the main application is in the torch of welding machine so that it prevents spark splash from sticking to torch. The other kind is the sprays which are water-based or oil-based and they are used for the exposed areas to welding. The big problem with them is that these sprays cannot be used healthily indoors because of the existence of harmful gases to health and also oil based sprays can not be cleaned easily after being used and we need to wash the area by acid to be able to perform operations such as painting. All mentioned products have chemical mixtures which are harmful for human body and environment and may cause problems. But PLAWEA is made of durable and natural mixtures which can be applied to all welding areas including metal and non-metal, ceramic glass (, laminated) wood or (laminated) plastic.

Erasing is easily done and does not need tools or acid solutions and is cleaned just by a wet piece of cloth thoroughly. Also having herbal mixtures, it can be used indoors and if used no problem is caused for the body or nature. Economically speaking, PLAWEA has the least time and cost and the highest quality and also customer health ratio.

For solving the above-mentioned problem, we can use the liquid very easily in all environments and on all metal and nonmetal pieces with any shape or size and all the Sparks of welding which are splashed around because of welding, can be erased and prevented from sticking to the exposed areas. Also, we can use it before welding to clean the area of dust and mist and contamination. And finally, we can have a good welding with high quality and free of splashing sparks in the environment.

This solution as shown in figure one contains deionized water 1000 gr Texapen 80 gr tripoly phosphate wO gr Betaeen 25 gr in normal conditions 10_15 gr coconut- extracted Luramid 20 gr iod-free salt 12-24 gr. During a process deionized water and Texapen are mixed for 15 mins and then coconut extracted Luramid is mixed for 20 mins to stabilize and activate the base materials and the base of the product then, iod-free salt is mixed for 2 mins in order to enrich the mixture and finally the final product is resulted and it is used as spray. Also, this solution is herbal and has no harm for the human body and nature, can be used indoors and outdoors, has low viscosity reaching all the parts of the area. Erasing that is easy needing no acid or apparatus, and it can be cleaned thoroughly by a wet piece of cloth. PLAWEA application is as follows: before starting welding, a layer of PLAWEA is sprayed on the exposed areas, after assuring the area is dry, we can commence the welding or cutting operation. During the work the rubbing of hand or objects has no effects on the functioning of the solution and it is left stuck to the area. At the end of the cutting or welding operation, the area can be cleaned by a wet piece of cloth and destroy all of the stuck splashed sparks. Also, the surface does not lose color and can be left intact. The total cost of it is very low and for mass production we only need a production line which is mainly composed of raw material section mixing and making the solution section packaging and supplying section. Also because of no other foreign sample we can present our product to other countries.

This solution can be used to clean the surfaces from mist dust or greasy contaminations before welding or cutting.
