Abstract:
A playback program that has a playback function for performing playback processing on each of a group of pieces of content, and that also has one or more expanded functions for performing specific processing other than playback processing, said playback program causing a processor to perform: a reception process for receiving first content and a key as a response after transmitting a download request for the first content to a management server, wherein the download request includes first identification information which identifies the user of a terminal and second identification information which identifies the first content, and wherein the key includes a returned version of the first identification information, a returned version of the second identification information, and third identification information which identifies an expanded function that can be used for the first content; a verification process for performing verification for verifying that the first identification information included in the key matches first identification information retained by the terminal, and that the second identification information included in the key matches second identification information included in the first content; and a storage process for storing, in a storage device, the first content and association information associating the second identification information with the third identification information included in the key, if the verification is affirmative.
