Abstract:
The present invention discloses a PLC control-based full-automatic transformer verification device. After the PLC joins control, in comparison with a single chip microcomputer, the control line is stable and reliable, and strong in anti-interference ability, the fault maintenance rate is greatly reduced, and the automatic degree is high; in addition, a tested current transformer primary-series connection up-current secondary-terminal parallel connection synchronous detection and station opening test method is adopted, even in the case of a batch of parallel current transformers, the external conductor impedance of the secondary circuit of the current transformers can also be accurately controlled to make the impedance to meet the regulation requirements of 0.05Ω or 0.06Ω, and the error verification accuracy is ensured, through a PLC programming control first-connection then-disconnection 5-10 millisecond delay station switching technical method, the current transformer is ensured without the worry of a secondary open circuit, thus, full-automatic verification on a large batch of straight-through current transformers can be realized, electromechanical control devices can be increased by the method, a pipelining detection can be realized, the detection efficiency is greatly improved; verification on the non-straight-through current transformer and a voltage transformer by the device all adopts a single automatic verification.
