Abstract:
A Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) ladder logic layout and ladder code generation method according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: laying out a control logic of a production system through a Unified Modeling Language (UML) activity diagram; generating a ladder code based on the laid-out control logic; and verifying a logic error in the ladder code through the simulation of a change in the status of an output coil according to a change in the status at a particular input contact point of the generated ladder code.
