Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of medicinal chemistry. Disclosed are a pleuromutilin derivative having a 2-amino phenyl mercaptan side chain, a preparation method therefor, and uses thereof. The compound has the structures represented by formula 2 and formula 3, R1, R2 and R3 being respectively and independently selected from hydrogen atoms, hydroxyl, amino, sulfydryl, hydroxymethyl, amine methyl, nitro, halogen, trihalogenated methyl, methyl, natural amino acid acylamino and the C1-6 alkoxy. The pleuromutilin derivative having a 2-amino phenyl mercaptan side chain in the present invention has good activity for inhibiting drug resistant staphylococcus aureus and mycoplasma, and is particularly suitable for serving as a novel antibacterial drug for preventing infectious diseases caused by human or animal mycoplasma or drug resistant staphylococcus aureus or multidrug resistant bacteria.
