Abstract:
Provided are a PLMN information processing method, system and device, and a computer storage medium, which fall within the field of communications. The method comprises: a sending end device uses a first PLMN coding method at a local end to code PLMN information; and the sending end device sends a request message carrying the PLMN information and the first PLMN coding method to an opposite-end device, so that the opposite-end device decodes the PLMN information according to the first PLMN coding method. Compared with the prior art, the present invention can realize that an opposite-end device is informed of a coding method for PLMN information, and the opposite-end device can perform decoding according to the coding method, so that a PLMN information decoding error will not occur, and the PLMN information can be accurately decoded, thereby ensuring that PLMN information about a sending end device is consistent with that about an opposite-end device and improving the reliability and compatibility of information interaction between communication devices.
