Abstract:
The present invention relates to a plug-connect conduction type large capacity
lithium-ion battery. The lithium-ion battery includes a case impregnated with
an electrolyte solution and a battery core body formed by laminating plurality
of positive electrode sheets, negative electrode sheets, and separators alternatively.
Non-coated portions of current collectors of the positive electrode sheets
and non-coated portion of current collectors of negative electrodes are positioned
in opposite direction respectively, and bundled and connected respectively
by bundling parts. The present invention is characterized in that, a window for
placing a positive output socket-hole and a window for placing a negative output
socket-setting hole are positioned on the top of one side of the case and the bottom
of opposite side of the case, respectively. Said positive output socket-setting
hole and said negative output socket-setting hole are provided in said two bundling
parts respectively and a hole in the positive output socket is opposite to a hole
in the negative output socket. The sockets provided in said socket-setting hole
is a resilient socket assembly. In the present invention, a conventional outer-protrude
type electrode terminal output is changed into socket output, and a conventional
connection means with a lead is changed into the connection means with a plug.
With the connection means having the plug of the present invention, the construction
is simple, electrical conductivity is good, the plug-connect part isn't
exposed so that it has good hiding ability. Since each battery is connected by
the plug, either batteries are placed in array or batteries are laminated, good
stability can be obtained without use of a supporter.
