Abstract:
The present invention relates to a plug-type outlet cover set and to a method for setting same, wherein a plug adapter and an outlet cover are used so that the outlet cover is inserted into a power outlet and a power plug is inserted into the plug adapter, magnets are built into the plug adapter and the outlet cover so that the plug adapter and the outlet cover are attached by using the magnetic force therein in order for electricity to be used, and the power is cut by the magnet in the outlet cover when the outlet cover set is removed so that accidents such as an electric shock can be prevented. The plug-type outlet cover set according to one embodiment of the present invention includes: the outlet cover which has a plug terminal protruding outside of one side thereof, a core magnet built into said one side, a first plane contact point formed on the outer surface on the other side thereof, and a core and safety device built therein so as to transmit a power signal led in through the plug terminal to the first plane contact point, wherein the core and the safety device are in contact with the core magnet by means of the magnetic force of the core magnet; and the plug adapter which has a second plane contact point contacting the first plane contact point and formed on the outer surface of one side in corresponding contact with the outlet cover, a magnet having a magnetic force stronger than the magnetic force of the core magnet and built into the one side in corresponding contact with the outlet cover, and a plug insertion hole formed on the other side thereof.
