PLUSH LEATHER-LIKE SHEET PRODUCT AND METHOD FOR PRODUCTION THEREOF

A plush leather-like sheet product, characterized in that it comprises ultrafine fibers and 20 to 60 wt % of a polyurethane using a polymer diol containing 30 to 90 wt % of a polycarbonate diol, has an average length of standing hairs of 300 to 2000 µm and exhibits a holding percentage of 50 % or more in a break resistance test after a forced deterioration treatment; and a method for producing the plush leather-like sheet product, characterized in that it comprises applying an antistatic agent onto a sheet product and then subjecting the resultant sheet to a buffing treatment. The plush leather-like sheet product is free from the occurrence of break or pilling and the formation of very long hairs even after it is used for a long period of time.
