Abstract:
Disclosed is a pneumatic ballistic shock wave therapeutic handle (100), comprising a housing (110), a catheter assembly, a striker (150), a joint assembly and an impact head assembly, wherein the catheter assembly comprises a first catheter (141) having an inner cavity (1411); the striker (150) is slidably mounted in the inner cavity (1411), and separates the inner cavity (1411) into a first cavity (1413) and a second cavity (1414); the striker (150) comprises a striker body (151) and a sliding portion (152) provided on the striker body (151); the sliding portion (152) is provided with a sealing structure; the sealing structure is closely adhered to an inner wall of the inner cavity (1411), so as to prevent gas in the first cavity (1413) from flowing into the second cavity (1414) or to prevent gas in the second cavity (1414) from flowing into the first cavity (1413); the joint assembly is mounted on the housing (110) and is connected to the first catheter (141) for connecting the first catheter (141) to a gas source, so as to introduce gas into the inner cavity (1411); the joint assembly comprises a joint (132), with the joint (132) being in communication with the first cavity (1413); the impact head assembly is mounted on the housing (110) and is connected to the first catheter (141); and the impact head assembly comprises an impact head (162), with the impact head (162) being in communication with the second cavity (1414).
