Abstract:
A pneumatic constant pressure continuous liquid feeding device and method. The device comprises a first constant pressure tank (10). A ventilating guide pipe (11) communicated with an inner cavity of the first constant pressure tank (10) is arranged on the upper wall or side wall of the first constant pressure tank (10). An air inlet valve (15) is mounted on an air inlet pipe (16) communicated with a tee joint (14) at the outer end part of the ventilating guide pipe (11), and an emptying valve (13) is mounted on an emptying pipe (12) communicated with the tee joint (14). A liquid outlet guide pipe (40) communicated with the inner cavity of the first constant pressure tank (10) is arranged on the bottom wall of the tank wall of the first constant pressure tank (10), a first liquid inlet guide pipe (17) communicated with the inner cavity of the first constant pressure tank (10) is arranged on the upper wall or the side wall of the first constant pressure tank (10), and valves (18, 41) are respectively arranged on the first liquid inlet guide pipe (17) and the liquid outlet guide pipe (40). A second constant pressure tank (20) is connected to the first liquid inlet guide pipe (17), and continuous feeding is realized by means of in-turn feeding of the first constant pressure tank (10) and the second constant pressure tank (20); or a buffer tank (50) is connected to the first liquid inlet guide pipe (17), and continuous feeding is realized in a manner of periodically supplying materials to the first constant pressure tank (10) by means of the buffer tank (50).
