Abstract:
The invention relates to brake gears of wheel vehicles. A drive unit of a brake gear comprises even one pair of kinematically interacting torsion bars and the planes of the least rigidity, which are intersected with one another. Thereby that fact a squeezing torsion bar is bound to a brake block and is installed in a slide of the brake from a requirement of an aligning of a working surface of the block, touching with a working surface of brake disk. A push torsion bar is disposed between the squeezing bar and the slide. For an execution of function of a parking brake and emergency braking upon a falling of air pressure in a pneumatic system of the vehicle the drive unit comprises even one pair of energy devices with opposite directional energy flows, but namely: a spring of the parking brake and an unbraking mechanical muscle. Both these devices interact with the block by means of even one torsion bar. For an execution of function of a self-acting application of carrier sockets in accordance with their wear the pneumatic disk brake comprises even one device for a self-acting choice of wear of the brake blocks and the brake disk as transmitters of the wear of the carrier sockets.

Claims
1. The pneumatic disk brake a containing slide of the brake, brake disk, brake block, device of selfacting sampling of a wear of brake blocks and brake disk, transmitters of a wear of carrier sockets distinguished of themes, that the drive unit of a brake gear contains even one pair of kinematicly interacting torsion bars, the planes of the least rigidity which one are intersected, thus the squeezing torsion bar is bound (interlinked) to a brake block and is established (installed) in a slide of the brake from a requirement of an alining of a working surface of a brake block concerning a working surface of a brake disk, and the push torsion bar is disposed between a squeezing torsion bar and slide, radiating from a requirement of security of a drive connection with the relative frame adapter of a brake mechanical muscle.

The pneumatic disk brake according to Claim 1, wherein the drive unit of a brake gear contains even one pair of energy devices with is opposite directional energy streams, namely spring of a parking brake and unbraking a mechanical muscle, thus both energy devices interact with a brake block by means of an even one torsion bar.
3. The pneumatic disk brake according to Claim 1, wherein self acting sampling of a clearance between brake blocks and brake disk is carried out at a tap of brake blocks from a brake disk.
Description:
The pneumatic disk brake Technical Field The invention treats to wheel brake gears of means of transport, including buses, trolley buses and lorries.

Background Art The barrel brake gear of the automobile GAS-24"Volga"is known /1/.

The known brake gear contains a working actuator, brake blocks with brake pads, adjusting legs for a wear compensation of brake pads, spring holdfast for security of an operating clearance between surfaces of a brake block and brake drum.

Deficiency of the known device is the restricted power of a drive unit, opportunity of complete losses of serviceability at leakage of a hydraulic fluid.

The disk brake gear of the VAZ-2106 automobile/2/.

The known brake gear contains a slide two working actuator, brake blocks with brake pads, rubber ring of square section for security of an operating clearance between surfaces of a brake block and brake disk.

Deficiency of the known device is the opportunity of complete losses of serviceability at leakage of a hydraulic fluid, high expenditures on mounting and maintenance service of the brake, environmental at a service and regulation of a brake gear.

The pneumatic disk brake of the marks SB 5000, SB 6000, SB 7000 /3/.

The known brake gear contains a leg of the brake, slide of the brake,

brake disk, brake pad, basic node of a leg, bar, ponticulus, cone bearing, control apparatus, thread spindle stamped, circuit, warpage a cartridge.

Deficiencies of the known device is: Deficiency 1. A multilink kinematic chain between the brake cabinet and brake block in a part of boiler efficiency of the mechanism.

The sectional kinematic chain consists of following kinematic pairs: a spherical pair of the third order between a rod of the brake cabinet and brake lever, cylindrical pair of the fourth order in a leg of a bar, screw pair of the fifth order in a thread spindle stamped, prismatic pair of the fifth order between a leg and slide of the brake. It is known, that for a determination of aggregate boiler efficiency of a kinematic chain of boiler efficiency of series kinematic pairs are multiplied/4/. Taking into account, that the screw pair of the fifth order in a thread spindle stamped, is a cancelling link, at the rate of common boiler efficiency of a kinematic chain, it is necessary for eliminating. In this case, with allowance for of known boiler efficiency of standard kinematic pairs/4/. The aggregate mechanical boiler efficiency of a brake gear in requirements of ideal lubrication constitutes: Boiler efficiency of the mechanism = 0,9 * 0,95 * 0,85 = 0.72 Deficiency 2. A multilink kinematic chain between the brake cabinet and brake block in a part of an aggregate clearance. The sectional kinematic chain consists of following kinematic links : a bar with a spherical leg, ponticulus (housing of screw spindles), screw Hoilbiii stamped. Under condition of execution of details of the mechanism on transition fits, 7 quality of an exactitude and with allowance for of known magnitudes of aberrations on standard tolerances of linear dimensions/5/.

The aggregate clearance in a mechanical part of a drive unit of a brake gear (disregarding of clearance between support shoes of stamps and

brake blocks) will make in a micron: Clearance of the mechanism = 0,68 + 0,73 + 0, 23 + 0,23 + 0,95 + 0, 53 = 3, 35 microns The datum (0,3 mms) is comparable to an air gap between working surfaces of a brake disk and brake blocks, that is one of the parents of a wear of carrier sockets in a duty idle condition.

Deficiency 3. Availability of lever transmission between the brake cabinet and brake blocks. The bar is indispensable for the manufacturer for reaching two purpose: - magnifications of gain enclosed to brake blocks ; - of an output of a housing of the brake cabinet for limits of dimensions of a brake gear of the bridge or axis of the means of transport.

Between that it is known, that usage of a bar gives in a considerable inertance of a mechanical part of a drive unit, origin of nonlinearities in kinematic of the mechanism and losses of some part of initial gain.

Deficiency 4. Major air volumes, npoKauHBaeMble through devices of a pneumoautomation of a brake gear stipulated by a considerable displacement volume of the brake cabinet. It gives in a considerable inertance of a pneumatic part of a drive unit of a brake gear.

The mentioned above four deficiencies, cause the basic deficiency of a mechanics of an existing brake gear. The major overall dimensions of a used air engine force the manufacturer to realize a differential drive unit of carrier sockets to a brake disk at the expense of execution of a slide of the brake by relative frame concerning a leg of the brake.

The execution of a slide allows relative frame to bring two carrier sockets by one drive, but thus there is a problem of transposition of a slide during inhibiting action for reaching the purposes of regulation. In this

case brake cabinet should overcome considerable frictional force, including rest originating from brake torque on a sprocket. It gives in a derating of a controllability of a brake gear for the score: a) Origin in a control loop of a link with a unpredictable discretization of actuation; b) Necessity pumping through modulators of pressure of considerable volumes of a heavy air, for overcoming a discretization of actuation of a basic element; c) Shaping considerable dwells and phase biases in a control loop at the expense of overcoming inertances in mechanical and pneumatic parts of a drive unit stipulated: By lengthy kinematic chain with major number of links having a considerable mass and moments of inertia; The brake cabinet with major volume pumpable of air does to the extremely unefficient control in a high-frequency region, and consequently precise and prompt corrective actions on a drive unit.

Brake blocks and their strengthening. The carrier sockets have no link with kinematic of the mechanism and at putting off of gain of a hold- down tool practically are given to itself, that causes their wear in an idling at low speeds of driving of the means of transport, when effect of an air cushion between a brake disk and carrier sockets on arises. Namely such condition of driving is characteristic for urban buses.

For elimination of all indicated deficiencies it is necessary: a) To use small-sized, practically without inertia of powerful drives power elastic envelopes (mechanical muscles). b) To use a direct drive of carrier sockets. c) To eliminate from a construction of kinematic pairs with exterior abrasion.

Apparently, that in brakes working in a composition a ABS should not be : a) Kinematic devices with a not forecast threshold of discrete actuation ; b) The brake blocks should under duress be assigned from a brake disk on a warranted clearance for warranted time; c) pendant of brake blocks should be practically without inertia and pass on a control channel of high frequencies.

Disclosure of Invention The purpose of the announced invention is the heightening of technic and economy efficiency and safety of the pneumatic disk brake.

The object in view is reached at the expense of execution of a drive unit of a brake gear containing even one pair of kinematicly interacting torsion bars, the planes of the least rigidity which one are intersected.

Thus the squeezing torsion bar is interlinked to a brake block and is established in a slide of the brake from a requirement of an alining of a working surface of a brake block concerning a working surface of a brake disk. The push torsion bar is disposed between a squeezing torsion bar and slide, radiating from a requirement of security of a drive connection with the relative frame adapter of a brake mechanical muscle.

For execution of function of a parking brake and emergency braking at a falling an air pressure in the pneumatic system of the means of transport the drive unit of a brake gear contains even one pair of energy devices with is opposite directional energy streams, namely spring of a parking brake and pacTOpMaxKHBaiomyio a mechanical muscle. Thus both energy devices interact with a brake block by means of an even one torsion bar.

For execution of function of a self-acting application of carrier

sockets in accordance with their wear the pneumatic disk brake contains even one device of a self-acting select of a wear of brake blocks and brake disk, and as transmitters of a wear of carrier sockets.

Brief Drawings Description The construction torsion pendant of brake blocks is exhibited on Fig. 1. The construction of a node of a loading is exhibited on Fig. 2. The design versions of brake gears for embodying different functions are exhibited on Fig. 3,4, 5,6, 7,8.

Detailed Drawings Description Torsion pendant of brake blocks (Fig. 1) brake blocks 4 to a squeezing torsion bar 2 consist of a squeezing torsion bar 2, devices of strengthening, Digit 1 conditionally indicates a slide of a brake gear.

Offered torsion pendant has no pairs of exterior abrasion, the mechanism of an interior strain of a material is used only. The inertance pendant is minimum, the strip of passed frequencies on control is rather significant. The carrier sockets are under duress assigned from a brake disk.

Node of a loading torsion pendant of brake blocks (Fig. 2). , consists of push torsion bars 5, mechanical muscle 6.

The offered node of a loading torsion pendant has no pairs of exterior abrasion, the mechanism of an interior strain of a material is used only.

The inertance bracket, is minimum, the strip of passed frequencies on control is rather significant. Filled in volume of a power pneumodevice is minimum.

The baseline construction of a brake gear with two mechanical muscles is exhibited on Fig. 4. In baseline fulfillment of the brake mechanism 3 brake blocks 4, push torsion bars 5, mechanical muscles 6, device of a self-acting select of a clearance 8 consist of a slide 1, brake disk 7, squeezing torsion bars 2, with devices of strengthening.

The brake gear with two mechanical muscles and relative frame slide is exhibited on Fig. 5, the brake gear with one mechanical muscle is exhibited on Fig. 6. Constructions of brake gears on Fig. 5 and 6 3 brake blocks 4, push torsion bars 5, mechanical muscles 6, device of a self- acting select of a clearance 8 consist of a leg of the brake 9, relative frame slide 1, brake disk 7, squeezing torsion bars 2, with devices of strengthening.

The Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention The brake gear works as follows. The brake block 4 by means of devices of strengthening 3 is interlinked to a squeezing torsion bar 2. The squeezing torsion bar 2 is anchored concerning a slide 1 brake gear. The squeezing torsion bar 2 interacts with push torsion bars 5, informed with mechanical muscles 6. At cutting mechanical muscles 6 push torsion bars 5 are deformed, and/4/the squeezing torsion bars 2 are pushed by brake blocks 4 to a brake disk 7. Behind a residue of forces of reaction of torsion bars 2 and 5 on brake blocks 4 there is a gain of forcing down, and

on a brake disk 7 brake torques.

The forces of reaction from the arisen brake torque are perceived by devices of strengthening 3 brake blocks 4 and by means of squeezing torsion bars 2 1 brake is transmitted to a slide. The devices of strengthening of carrier sockets 3 to torsion bars 2 execute two functions : the confinement of carrier sockets from bias at origin of brake torque and drive connection of carrier sockets with the mechanism, at the expense of that is ensured a forced tap of carrier sockets 4 from a brake disk 7 on demanded magnitude of a clearance.

In case of performance of a brake gear with a parking brake and power-accumulator the operation of the brake is similar circumscribed earlier, except for operation of a parking brake. The spring 10 weights torsion bars 2 and 5 at zero pressure in a mechanical muscle 6. The carrier sockets 4 brakes nestle on the disk 7 and the brake gear transfers in a lay condition. For a disinhibition in a mechanical muscle 11 the operating pressure moves, the muscle 11 is reduced, the gain of a spring 10 is peeled from torsion bars 2 and 5 and the brake gear transfers in an operating duty. The kinematic chains of muscles 6 and muscles 11 are unloosened concerning torsion bars 2 and 5, as ensures separate operation of the lay and working brake.

The device of a self-acting select of a clearance 8 ensures a wear compensation of brake blocks 4 and brake disk 7.

Reliability of the mechanism. Is ensured with mechanical muscles and torsion bars. The working conditions of gum in a composition of mechanical muscles are better than in a membrane of the brake cabinet, as the gum in a membrane during operation transits a band of a zero strain and works alternately in a band of stretching and cramping strains. The gum in a mechanical muscle works only in a band of stretching strains.

The absolute values of a strain of gum in both devices practically are identical.

The torsion bar, as is known, alongside with a spring of squeezing is of one their safest devices of a mechanics. The springs ensure the last guard in all devices, switching on power-accumulators of existing brake gears.

The circuit pendant of a brake block on a torsion bar allows: - to supply warranted, forced tap of a brake block from a brake disk ; - to eliminate abrasion of a carrier socket about a brake disk, and consequently its duty idle wear at low speeds of driving; - eliminates origin of pairs of abrasion with major gains in a band of contact and major gains of transposition; - reduces a gamut of nonsensitivity up to a technically possible minimum (in case of usage of torsion bars from glass or carbon fiber- reinforced plastic); - eliminates from a control loop devices with discrete performance of actuation; - dilates frequency band of regulation of a brake gear; - reduces a control time up to a technically possible minimum (in case of usage of torsion bars from glass or carbon fiber-reinforced plastic); - reduces a mechanical inertance up to a technically possible minimum (in case of usage of torsion bars from glass or carbon fiber- reinforced plastic); The scheme of a loading of a brake block by a torsion bar allows: to reach a very high amplification factor in a mechanical circuit of a drive unit;

to eliminate origin of pairs of abrasion with major gains in a band of contact and major gains of transposition, and consequently with discrete performance of actuation; dilates frequency band of regulation of a brake gear, specially in a band of high frequencies, and consequently precise control actions; - reduces a gamut of nonsensitivity up to a technically possible minimum ; - reduces a control time up to a technically possible minimum ; - reduces a mechanical inertance of system up to a technically probable minimum.

The announced device allows to increase safety of driving of means of transport.
