A pneumatic door closer according to the present invention includes: a housing fixedly installed to a door; a spring, a spring pusher, a gear drive shaft, a cylinder, and a check valve installed in the housing; an air guide member which guides suction or discharge of air inside the cylinder and is installed to a piston part of the spring pusher; a sealing installed inside the front end of the air guide member; an air flow control member inserted into the sealing and air-tightly installed to the inner surface of the cylinder so that, according to an opening angle of a door, the air flow control member comes into close contact with the inner surface of the sealing to block the air flow, and forms a gap between the air flow control member and the inner surface of the sealing to circulate air therethrough or cause air, which applies a damping force, to flow from the inside of the cylinder to the inside of the housing; a closing force increasing means installed on the upper surface of the housing to increase a rotation power output from the gear drive shaft; and two arm bars installed between the closing force increasing means and a door frame to transmit the spring elasticity transmitted through the closing force increasing means in the closing direction of the door.
