Abstract:
A pneumatic engine. A thin-wall seamless round steel pipe, serving as a piston (2), with two ends sealed by a gland and an inner cavity filled with a flexible body 4, is assembled in a hydraulic cylinder with a first cavity (A) and a second cavity (B), and a radial circular section thereof is gradually transformed into a long circular section under the effects of a shape-limiting axial clearance, and the area is also reduced accordingly. When high-pressure gas 29 applies pressure intensity force to first liquid (5) in the first cavity (A), and liquid (13) in the second cavity (B) is in a barometric pressure state, the pressure intensity force acts on the axial projection surface of the variable section of the piston by means of the liquid (5) in the first cavity (A), the piston 2 moves, the volume of the piston (2) is kept unchanged in the movement process of the first cavity (A) and the second cavity (B), the pressure of the first cavity (A) and the pressure of the second cavity (B) are reversed by means of an electromagnetic valve 23, and the piston 2 linearly reciprocates to drive a crankshaft 41 to rotate to apply work. The pneumatic engine integrates energy development and use, can replace fuel oil and gas engines, and is simple in structure, low in manufacturing and use cost, and reduces the impact on the ecological environment.
