Abstract:
A pneumatic fixture used in welding of rotating shafts, comprising a base (20), a fixing seat (30), clamping assemblies, and profiling positioning assemblies (40) matching the rotating shafts. There are two clamping assemblies, which are a left clamping assembly (50) and a right clamping assembly (60); the fixing seat is installed on the top of the base; the left clamping assembly is installed on the left side of the base, and the right clamping assembly is installed on the right side of the base; the profiling positioning assemblies are installed on the fixing seat; the rotating shafts are sleeved on the profiling positioning assemblies; each clamping assembly comprises an air cylinder (501) and a clamping block (502); the air cylinders are connected to the clamping blocks; and the clamping blocks are driven by the air cylinders to move close to the middle to clamp and position the rotating shafts. The pneumatic fixture achieves positioning by automatically clamping the rotating shafts by the left and right clamping assemblies, so that products are always close to positioning assemblies during a welding process, and deformation of stopping pieces due to the high temperature during welding can be prevented, thereby ensuring the surface flatness of the stopping pieces, improving the welding quality and machining speed of the products.
