Abstract:
Disclosed is a pneumatic fluorine-lined corrugated pipe single-seat regulating valve, comprising a valve body (1), a valve cover (2), a valve rod (3), and a valve core (4), wherein the valve body (1) is further provided with a mounting connection port (7), the mounting connection port (7) being provided with a middle flange (9); a middle section of a water passage between an inlet and outlet (5, 6) of the valve body (1) is provided with a sealing end face (10) cooperating with the valve core (4); the valve core (4) is fixed to one end of the valve rod (3), and the valve core (4) is provided inside the valve body (1); the mounting connection port (7) is connected to the valve cover (2) via the middle flange (9), and a filler sealing mechanism (11) is arranged between the valve cover (2) and the upper part of the valve rod (3); a polytetrafluoroethylene corrugated pipe (13) is arranged on the valve rod (3) inside the valve body (1), and two ends of the polytetrafluoroethylene corrugated pipe (13) respectively bear against an inner end face of the valve cover (2) and an end face of the valve core (4); and a pneumatic actuator (36) is fixedly connected, via a bracket (35), to an upper end of the valve body (1), and an output end of the pneumatic actuator (36) is fixedly connected to a top end of the valve rod (3). The polytetrafluoroethylene corrugated pipe is used as a first seal to protect a medium from leaking at the valve rod. The valve being controlled to be opened or closed by the pneumatic actuator makes the strokes thereof accurate, safe and reliable.
