Abstract:
The proposed device comprises a housing (1), a cover (2), a tool holder (3), a handle (11), and a barrel (4). The barrel with outlet apertures (5) is configured coaxially with the gap (6) inside the housing (1). The striker (7) is mounted inside the barrel (4) and can execute reciprocal motion, and the space inside the barrel (4) can be divided into load-free and working stroke chambers (9 and 8 respectively). The working tool (10) with a flange (14) is held in the tool holder (3). An actuating device (12) is configured in such a way that it can open or close the air supply duct (13). The flange (14) is connected by a spring (15) with the tool holder (3). The cover (2) is provided with an inlet duct (16) which communicates directly with the work stroke chamber (8), and, via the air duct (17), with the load-free stroke chamber (9). The cover (2) is also provided with a valve (18). The air duct (17) comprises tubes arranged in the gap (6). In addition, pins (19) are provided, as well as pneumatic springs in the form of tubes, likewise arranged in the gap (6). The cover (2) is provided with outlet ducts (23). Sleeves (24) are fitted on each pin (19) and compressed by elastic elements (25). A sleeve housing (26) is provided on the outside of the cover (2) and houses the actuating device (12). The said actuating device (12) can move longitudinally as determined by the directrix along the axis and under a spring load directed from the base (27) of the sleeve housing (26). The handle (11) is secured to the actuating device (12).
