Disclosed is a run-flat tire which is a pneumatic radial tire for a passenger car provided with a carcass comprising radial cord plies that toroidally extend between a pair of bead cores. The ratio of the cross-section width (W) to the outer circumference (L) of the tire, W/L, is not more than 0.25.
