Abstract:
A pneumatic scissor-type garlic root cutting machine, comprising a main body frame, a pair of scissors (1), a power unit, and a signal transmission unit. The pair of scissors (1) is provided in the main body frame. The power unit comprises a power input device, a gas source input device reverse powering apparatus, a gas storage tank (8), and a cylinder (3). The power input device is electrically connected to the gas source input device reverse powering apparatus and the signal transmission unit. The gas source input device reverse powering apparatus is electrically connected to a gas source input device. The gas source input device is connected to the gas storage tank (8) and a gas path of the cylinder (3). A piston rod of the cylinder (3) is hingedly connected to the pair of scissors (1). The machine implements semi-automatic garlic root cutting by means of a simple structure, greatly reduces the labor intensity of conventional manual operations, has strong adaptability, and can complete garlic root cutting work in fields, thus facilitating subsequent bundling and packaging. In addition, semi-automatic operations also greatly improve the yield rate of a root-cut garlic finished product, and is more beneficial to quality control maintenance.
