Abstract:
Disclosed is a pneumatic-suction-type inchworm-like soft climbing robot, comprising a three-dimensional inflation bending block (1), an outer multi-cavity bending block (2), and suction cups (3). After air is extracted from one of the suction cups (3), the suction cup (3) is suctioned on an object to be climbed, and after air is introduced into a through hole (10) at the vertex angle of a triangle by means of an external air driving device, the three-dimensional inflation bending block (1) expands to arch upwards, and the three-dimensional inflation bending block (1) drives the other suction cup (3) to move in a linear manner; after air is introduced into a through hole (11, 12) at one of the base angles of the triangle, the three-dimensional inflation bending block (1) expands to arch towards the corresponding side, and the three-dimensional inflation bending block (1) drives the other suction cup (3) to move towards a corresponding side; and after air of the same air pressure is introduced into the two through holes (11, 12) at the base angles of the triangle, the three-dimensional inflation bending block (1) expands to arch downwards, and the three-dimensional inflation bending block (1) drives the two suction cups (3) to be respectively located on two objects to be climbed which intersect each other.
