Abstract:
This pneumatic tire is characterized by the provision of: bead cores provided to a left-right pair of bead sections; a carcass ply that extends to both bead sections from a crown section through two side wall sections and that is anchored to the bead cores; an inner liner arranged further inward in the radial direction of the tire than the carcass ply; and tread that has a hardness of 65 or more, that is provided further outward in the radial direction of the tire than the carcass ply, in which the volume of a low-density region when stretched at an applied stress of 1.5 MPa is 35% or more, and in which the volume of voids when stretched at an applied stress of 3.0 MPa is 7.5% or less. Also provided is a crosslinked rubber composition that has a hardness of 65 or more, in which the volume of a low-density region when stretched at an applied stress of 1.5 MPa is 35% or more, and in which the volume of voids when stretched at an applied stress of 3.0 MPa is 7.5% or less. The crosslinked rubber composition has excellent wear resistance.
