Abstract:
An inorganic-powder release agent is prevented from shedding from the surface of an air-impermeable layer comprising a thermoplastic resin or thermoplastic elastomer composition. A pneumatic tire made by molding with vulcanization is provided which has either a layer of a thermoplastic resin or a layer of a thermoplastic elastomer composition comprising a thermoplastic resin and an elastomer ingredient dispersed therein as an air-impermeable layer disposed on the inner tire surface facing the hollow and further has, on the surface of either the thermoplastic resin layer or the layer of the thermoplastic elastomer composition, a protective release layer comprising inorganic particles and a polymer ingredient.
