Abstract:

In order to provide a pneumatic tire rim capable of preventing the development of a defect at a side-wall portion of an attached tire by preventing local deformation of the side-wall portion, a pneumatic tire rim according to the present invention is provided with: a pair of bead seat portions spaced apart from each other in a rim width direction; and a flange portion extending outward from a rim-width-direction outer end of each of the bead seat portions in a rim radial direction, with a rim-radial-direction outer end side bent back outward in the rim width direction. The pneumatic tire rim is characterized in that the flange portion has a radius of curvature on a surface at a rim-width-direction outer end portion thereof which is greater than a radius of curvature on a surface of a rim-width-direction central portion of the flange portion by a factor of 0.4 or more and 1.0 or less.
