Abstract:
A pneumatic tire, wherein a plurality of land portions formed of blocks (4) and a rib (5) are formed on a tread part and a plurality of thin grooves (6) of 0.1 to 0.8 mm in depth, 0.1 to 0.8 mm in width, and 0.5 to 2.0 mm in pitch are formed in the tread surfaces of these land portions at an angle of 42 to 60° relative to the circumferential direction of the tire. The tilted directions of the thin grooves (6) relative to the circumferential direction of the tire are set reverse to each other with respect to the equator CL of the tire.
