Abstract:
In order to maintain good uniformity, reduce lift, and reduce air resistance, the present invention comprises a plurality of protrusions (9) that intersect and extend in the tire peripheral direction and the tire radial direction, along a tire side surface (Sa) of a tire side section (S). The protrusions (9) include: a position (hH) at which an intermediate section (9A) in the extension direction has the greatest protrusion height (h) from the surface of the tire side surface (Sa); and a position (hL) at which each tip section (9B) provided on both ends (9D) in the extension direction of the intermediate section (9A) has the smallest protrusion height (h) from the tire side surface (Sa). At least the intermediate section (9A) is arranged only further on the inside in the tire radial direction than a tire maximum width position and the ratio between the total width (SW) and the outer diameter (OD) fulfils the relationship SW/OD ≤ 0.3.
