Abstract:
Provided is a pneumatic tire 1 comprising, in order to obtain improved wear resistance performance while maintaining wet performance: center lug grooves 25A which are formed in a center land section 23A, extend in the width direction of the tire, and each have opposite ends connected to two main grooves 22; outer middle lug grooves 25Bo which are formed in an outer middle land section 23Bo, extend in the width direction of the tire, and each have opposite ends connected to two main grooves 22; and inner middle lug grooves 25Bi which are formed in an inner middle land section 23Bi, extend in the width direction of the tire, each have one end connected to one main groove 22 out of two main grooves 22, said main groove 22 being located on the inner side in the width direction of the tire, and each have the other end terminating within the inner middle land section 23Bi. The center lug grooves 25A and the outer middle lug groove 25Bo each have, in the center region in the longitudinal direction thereof, a sipe section 25S comprising a sipe having a chamfered opening. The outer middle lug grooves 25Bo, the center lug grooves 25A, and the inner middle lug grooves 25Bi are arranged so as to be in communication with each other.
