Abstract:
This pneumatic tire has a tread pattern comprising: a pair of circumferential-direction main grooves; a lug groove that connects the pair of circumferential-direction main grooves; a block land section that is demarcated by the pair of circumferential direction main grooves and the lug groove; and a first sipe and a second sipe that are provided within the region of the block land section and that connect between the pair of circumferential-direction main grooves. The lug groove, the first sipe, and the second sipe have a shape which protrudes to one side in the tire circumferential direction. A groove raised-bottom section having a shallow groove depth is provided to a groove curved section at the protruding distal end of the lug groove. The tire-width-direction position of the protruding distal end of a sipe curved section at which the protruding distal end of the first sipe is present is within the range of a tire-width-direction raised-bottom section in which the groove raised-bottom section is provided, and is more toward the inside in the tire width direction compared to the tire-width-direction position of the protruding distal end of a sipe curved section at which the protruding distal end of the second sipe is present.
